The service
Juvenai is a longevity and wellness app that lets you:
- estimate your biological age using methods based on published scientific evidence;
- upload lab reports, review the extracted biomarker values, and track them over time;
- see activity, sleep, heart, and recovery data from Apple Health, Health Connect, or a compatible wearable;
- log meals, workouts, sleep, and mindfulness sessions;
- get personalized coaching recommendations and ask questions to an AI coach;
- take part in the community: posts, teams, and messages.
Juvenai is currently in early access. Access may be limited to invited users, and features may change, be added, or be removed.
Important medical notice
Juvenai is not a medical service. The information, calculations, recommendations, and content in the app are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a medical diagnosis, prescription, or clinical advice, and they do not replace care from a health professional.
Recommendations and coach answers are generated by artificial intelligence and can be incomplete or wrong. Always consult a doctor or other qualified health professional about your health, and before starting, changing, or stopping any treatment. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Eligibility and your account
To use Juvenai you must:
- be at least 16 years old — if you are under 18, you need the consent of your parent or legal guardian;
- provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information;
- keep your sign-in credentials confidential;
- tell us immediately about any unauthorized use of your account.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
When you use Juvenai you agree to:
- use the service only for personal, lawful purposes;
- not try to access other users' data or accounts;
- not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app;
- not use the service for fraud or anything that harms Juvenai or other users.
Community rules
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. In posts, teams, and messages you must not share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, misleading, spam, or that infringes other people's rights, and you must not share other people's health or personal data without their permission.
You can block any user and report any content from within the app. We review reports within 24 hours, and we may remove content and suspend or close the accounts of users who break these rules.
Your content and your data
Your health data is yours. Juvenai claims no ownership of the data or content you add. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
When you post in the community, you give Juvenai a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store and display that content to other users according to your privacy settings, only to operate the service. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
Accuracy of health data
The app's results depend on the data it receives. Lab values are extracted automatically and you confirm each one before it is saved; Juvenai does not independently verify lab results. You are responsible for checking and correcting the data you enter or confirm.
Biological-age estimates are based on published scientific evidence, but their accuracy for any one person can vary. Results are a guide, not a diagnosis.
Third-party services
Juvenai works with services run by other companies, such as Apple Health, Health Connect, compatible wearables, and Apple or Google sign-in. Those services are provided by their owners under their own terms, and Juvenai is not responsible for how they work or for the data they provide.
These terms are between you and Juvenai only. Apple and Google are not parties to them and are not responsible for the app or its content. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end-user license agreement also applies, and these terms add to it.
Intellectual property
All Juvenai content — including the software, designs, text, algorithms, logos, AI models, and databases — belongs to Juvenai S.p.A. or its licensors, and is protected by Chile's Intellectual Property Law No. 17.336 and international treaties.
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app in line with these terms. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Price and payments
Juvenai is free during early access. If we introduce paid features in the future:
- we will announce prices and conditions at least 30 days in advance;
- purchases in the app will be processed by the App Store or Google Play, under their terms, including their refund policies.
Availability
We work to keep Juvenai available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or interrupt it for maintenance, updates, security reasons, or circumstances beyond our control, with or without notice depending on the urgency.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Chilean law:
- Juvenai does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure;
- Juvenai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from using or being unable to use the app;
- Juvenai's total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months, or CLP 50,000 if you paid nothing;
- Juvenai is not responsible for health decisions you make based on the app's results.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if your use harms the service or other users.
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Account settings → Delete account). Your data is then deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will tell you in the app or by email at least 15 days before they take effect. If you keep using Juvenai after that date, you accept the new terms; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Santiago, Chile, unless the law gives you the right to a different forum.
